The Wusthof Trident knife is hot-drop forged knife from a single blank of high carbon no-stain steel, a specially alloyed surgical steel. Three tubular compression rivets securely attach handles to the full tang permanently. A patented process ensures absolutely perfect fit between blade, bloster and full tang.
The Nakiri knife is a japanese style vegetable chopping knife. The Granton (hollow) edge will help prevent food from sticking to the blade
