If, after receiving a product from us, you change your mind and wish to return it, you may ship it back to us - pre-paid - and receive full refund minus our cost of delivery, provided

a) it is returned within four weeks.
b) it has not been used
c) it is returned in the original manufacturer's box
d) value of the order is less than $1,000. For orders exceeding $1,000.00, a 10% re-stocking charge may be applied.

Please email us first before returning.

Special request for US customers: Please return your product through US Mail only. (Please do not use other couriers) Also, write on the customs form that the product is being returned to Canada.

We will refund you in full as soon as we receive the product back.

We take great care in packaging every product to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. If you still receive any damaged shipment, please call us (1-888-314-9859 or 416-482-7154)) or send us an e-mail (internetkitchenstore@rogers.com) immediately. We will take the necessary corrective action.
