REFUND POLICY

If, after receiving a product from us, you change your mind and wish to return it, you may ship it back to us and receive full refund provided

a) it is returned within two weeks of receiving it
b) it has not been used
c) it is returned in the original manufacturer's box.

We will refund you in full as soon as we receive the product back.

We take great care in packaging every product to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. If you still receive any damaged shipment, please call us (1-888-314-9859 or 905-475-9225)) or send us an e-mail (internetkitchenstore@home.com) immediately. We will take the necessary corrective action.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have a straight forward privacy policy.

We do not divulge customer data in any shape or form to anybody who is NOT directly involved in the execution of your order. That means that only the staff of The Kitchen Counter (the parent company of internetkitchenstore.com) and the staff at CIBC/Nobil who process the credit card transaction will have access to your data.

We do not contract out our orders to any third party to execute orders. So, no one other than the parties mentioned above will have access to your data.
